I am a fifty something who has never been flexible and wants to stay as young as I can for as long as I can. I find Harry's classes a safe place to learn mobility and movement I have never had before. I can also feel myself getting more flexible and healthier by the week and this has had a positive effect on my golf game as I am hitting the ball further due to being more aware of how my body works.

I have done a number of Mobility classes with Harry. They were great; increasing my mobility and my awareness of my lack of mobility! I am now doing a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions a week. Harry is a superb teacher and coach and the detail that he communicates for each position is excellent, whilst his humour and passion comes across superbly.
I feel that my range of movement has increased substantially. My core stability and strength have increased dramatically.
I feel energised for life both physically and mentally.

H Space keeps me moving, it is giving me a routine, keeping me strong, stable and flexible - making me happy! My body learns to trust itself. I’ve been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 26 years. I can now better compensate my balance problems that are caused by the MS by strengthening my body through the coaching I receive. The sessions have become an important part of my life.
