I am a fifty something who has never been flexible and wants to stay as young as I can for as long as I can. I find Harry's classes a safe place to learn mobility and movement I have never had before. I can also feel myself getting more flexible and healthier by the week and this has had a positive effect on my golf game as I am hitting the ball further due to being more aware of how my body works.

I have done a number of Mobility classes with Harry. They were great; increasing my mobility and my awareness of my lack of mobility! I am now doing a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions a week.
